You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent security or access controls; (c) resell, redistribute, or publicly display data obtained from the Service except as expressly permitted; (d) misuse our AI features to generate harmful, infringing, or deceptive content; or (e) share your account or exceed the usage limits of your plan.
The Service displays data from third-party providers and integrates third-party services (for example, market-data vendors, exchanges, and payment and email providers). Such data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and is provided subject to those providers' terms. We do not guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, or availability, and are not liable for third-party data or services.
You retain ownership of information you add (such as watchlists, portfolios, and notes). You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service. If you provide your own third-party API keys (for example, an AI provider key), you are responsible for your use of and charges from those third parties; where such keys are stored only in your browser, we do not retain them on our servers.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, internal purposes in accordance with these Terms. Trading and investing in securities, cryptocurrencies, derivatives, commodities, and other assets involve a high degree of risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Prices are volatile. Prediction-market and crypto features, where shown, are for research and may be restricted or illegal in your jurisdiction — it is your responsibility to comply with local law. You acknowledge that you use any information from the Service entirely at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investiply and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.
You agree to indemnify and hold Investiply harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
